Patrick showed up in a timely manner and was friendly and polite. He explained the procedures and what to expect.  He was patient and wasn’t in a rush to get to his next appointment and he seemed to genuinely want to help solve my problem.  I had a problem with bees and so far it seems that the treatment worked.
