We inspect your property for termite activity, mud tubes, and conditions around the foundation. What we find helps us recommend the right treatment for your property.

2. Treat
Where appropriate, we install Sentricon bait stations to target subterranean termite colonies. Other options include a liquid barrier and supplemental borate wood treatment, depending on the inspection findings.

3. Follow Up
We return to check treatment progress and service installed stations according to your plan. For Sentricon customers, follow-up includes station checks and annual inspection renewal to support ongoing protection.
